Wayne has seen his small real estate firm grow to become one of the leading businesses in the Goldfields. Starting Goldfields Realty as a one-man operation focusing on the commercial and business sector in February 2002, and now employs 14 people and is enjoying great success. He puts that success down to the quality of his team and his company's no fuss approach to getting real results.
Wayne was born and bred in Kalgoorlie-Boulder where he started his career with the Department of Mines - Registration Division prior to leaving and establishing a successful mining tenement management company. It was a career that took him to Perth and the management of tenements for some of the Australia's leading mining and business operators - a clientele base that still exists today. There was a transition into real estate and property during this time and returning to Kalgoorlie-Boulder in 1997 working with local real estate firms before venturing out on his own.
In focusing on a need for quality operational and business strategies the embryo of Goldfields Realty was formed. Assessing the need for another real estate operation to commence in Kalgoorlie-Boulder the focus was to build and cultivate a team of high quality people to service the needs of all.
Team culture and assisting each other to and for the benefit of the client being paramount in creating opportunities and successful relationships within the group. Keren is the leading sales consultant in Kalgoorlie-Boulder, a position that she has now occupied for several years. She has enjoyed enormous success during her career in the real estate industry which commenced in 1997 winning numerous awards including topping the annual sales and listings figures for Ausnet Group - Australia's Independent Real Estate Group on five separate occasions and setting records for the Group in both sales and listings.
Keren moved into real estate after relocating to Kalgoorlie- Boulder in 1997. A five month break from the industry during the summer of 2001 - 2002 allowed Keren to renew her enthusiasm for real estate before taking on the Sales Team Leader role at Goldfields Realty.
Without doubt Keren is one of the very best in her chosen profession who is always willing to assist both clients and work colleagues alike. In the words of Murray Joseph, managing Director of the Ausnet Group - "Keren is one of the very best anywhere in Australia." Keren attributes her success to her ability to communicate with people from all walks of life and her get up, go and get on with it attitude.
Keren recently was again awarded both the leading Sales Consultant for both the Settled Sales and Listing categories at the recent Ausnet Annual Awards night in February, 2005. In both awards Keren set new group records and was highly commended by all in attendance with the Ausnet Group providing some of Western australia's best offices and Sales Consultants.

There is no one more experience or with more local knowledge in real estate sales in Kalgoorlie-Boulder than Ron. His real estate career which commenced in 1970 speaks for itself and there is no end in sight with Ron continuing to be one of the leading sales consultants in the region.
Ron left his butchery trade in 1970 to take up a job with a new real estate firm in Kalgoorlie-Boulder. He joined Goldfields Realty early in 2003.
Ron has enjoyed enormous success during his real estate career, regularly winning awards from sales and groups such as Landlink and Ausnet, culminating in his induction into Ausnet's 'Hall of Fame' in 2003. Ron puts his success down to his upfront and honest approach.

Brian prides himself on his management and organisational skills and has been a much welcomed addition to Goldfields Realty since joining the firm in early 2003. Brian has been involved in real estate since 1997, moving into the field after a successful 33 year career in men's retail. He worked as a sales consultant for Brown James and Associates before being promoted to office manager. He moved to Goldfields Realty to become the commercial and business manager.
Married with two children and three grandchildren, Brian is committed to Kalgoorlie-Boulder being Boulder born and bred and coming from one of the most well known families in the Goldfields. Strong involvement in a number of sporting activities such as football through Mines Rovers Football Club, his passion for horse racing and involvement in activities with the Rotary Club of Boulder ensure that Brian is both a well known and well respected member of the community.

A relative newcomer to real estate Jade loves the industry. Meeting people and learning something new every day have been the keys to her enjoyment and success.
Jade's move into real estate was prompted by her friendship with Goldfields Realty's sales manager Keren Briers. She joined Goldfields Realty in August 2002 after five years as a full time mother. Although Jade found her return to the paid workforce to be initially daunting the support she received from her colleagues at Goldfields Realty gave her the skills and confidence needed to be successful in her career.
Jade has lived in the Goldfields for 15 years.
